James is originally from California and holds a bachelor's degree in Business from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. After college James worked for 2 years as a software engineer and then 3 years as a project manager in magazine publications. Always an entrepreneur, James had a strong desire to build his own business so he and Amy moved to Arizona in 2004 and got into real estate. James began working with investors, building portfolios of rental properties for his clients and himself. In 2011 James joined RE/MAX Professionals and learned from the best agents in the business how to service buyers and sellers on the highest level.

James & Amy have been married since 2001 and have two school age boys. James is a volunteer football & basketball coach with the CCV Stars program and Pop Warner Football. James is very active and enjoys mountain biking, hiking, swimming and doing crossfit on a regular basis. James loves spending time playing sports and doing outdoor activities with his family and friends. His family is involved in the serving their community through various projects and organizations. Their goal is to make a positive impact on people's lives every day.

I'm a native who grew up in Tucson, AZ and graduated from the University of Arizona. I began my real estate career in 2005 working for a large national builder and sold new construction homes in the West Valley. While working for the builder I sold hundreds of homes in the Active Adult retirement communities before taking my skills and knowledge to help both buyers and sellers with RE/MAX Professionals.

I'm also a busy mom to two school aged boys. We are an active family who loves to enjoy the outdoors. We also love being involved in our community thru sports activities, church, schools, kids activities and all the great events in our area. We've been living in North Peoria since 2005 and are amazed at all the growth we've seen over those years. We love living here because of the convenient location, easy access to great hiking and biking trails, variety of restaurants and entertainment and the friendly communities & people that surround us.

Originally from Los Angeles CA., my family and I moved to Arizona in 2005. I am proud to be married to my beautiful wife and to be a father of two lovely girls. Our family time usually involves visiting family members, cooking, listening to music, playing volleyball, basketball, watching the Seahawks, Cardinals, Clippers and Dodgers.

My background in the real estate industry was founded firmly in commercial/retail leasing and property management beginning in 2003 and continued when I moved to Arizona. Having found a passion for the residential real estate industry and I am eager to learn about the residential market and apply my skills while providing buyers, sellers and investors with the best possible service, with the highest integrity and my tireless effort. I became familiar with RE/MAX while buying a home, and was so impressed with the professionalism and service that I decided I would be a perfect addition to the brand. I am very excited about my future with the RE/MAX Professionals organization and look forward to a healthy, happy and profitable future.

Janah Gelera

Janah is a graduate of Diploma in Business Administration with major in Economics in one of the State University of the Philippines. She is happily married and has 2 children. She worked as an banker for 7 years in a prestigious local bank in her country before finally decided to work at home. She works in MyOutdesk and eventually joined the Lombardi team on 2019. She works as the virtual administrative assistant and is responsible for all transaction documentation as well as marketing materials for the team.

Janah loved being on the team as she learns more about the Real estate business. She really enjoys her job while spending more time with her family.
