We've Partnered with 1MISSION to Build NEW Homes for families living in poverty.

The families live in Rocky Point Mexico. Their houses are made out of cardboard, sheet metal and other materials they find in the trash. When it rains everything gets wet and they walk around in water and mud. There is no electricity or plumbing. These poor conditions leave them constantly battling illness. Over the past 7 years, 1MISSION has given 250 families in Rocky Point the opportunity to earn a new home by working 200+ hours in their community. This transformation has united their community. It cost $6000 to purchase the materials and takes a crew of 25-30 volunteers 3 days to build a new home.

When you buy or sell a home from us we will donate $100 of our commission to 1MISSION to help build a family a new home. With your help, we will sell 100 homes this year and donate $10,000 to buy the materials. What's even more powerful is since 2015 our family travels to Rocky Point each November to build a home. This is a very humbling and rewarding experience and we are very grateful to our amazing clients for giving us the means to support this. Without you, we would not be able to make an impact in this community.
