We are looking for someone that lives in the GLENDALE/PEORIA area.

Applicants may be experienced or have no experience whatsoever. As long as you are willing to get your real estate license, we can help! Our goal is simple… help you achieve your dreams while you help clients establish the lives they want. The result is not only satisfied clients but agents who are successful, supportive, and connected to their communities.

Responsibilities of a Real Estate Sales Agent

• Lead Generation
• Lead Conversion
• Client Follow-up
• Network to source new business.
• Schedule and conduct buyer presentations with potential clients.
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property values
• Host open houses and other events
• Negotiate contracts.
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
• Handle all real estate actives and transactional duties on behalf of clients.

Qualifications:

• High level of Customer Service and Professionalism
• Enthusiastic with excellent people skills.
• Ability to build rapport with a wide variety of clients.
• Independent, organized and self-motivated.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
• Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line.
• Applicate must get licensed in Arizona before the start date.
