After covering strengths and weaknesses of both visionaries and integrators it is easy to see the vital role that a strong relationship plays. Through a firm relationship, it creates the potential to get exactly what you want out of your business. The personalities and behavior of both need to work in sync with one another which leads to the Rocket Fuel to achieve that growth.

There is not a single job description for each position. It is a puzzle piece that connects together to be stronger. The visionary is setting forth the future and direction but it is the job of the integrator to hold them accountable and stay on track. Being consistent with each other and on the same page will make the difference in success.

They have created a score card with scales to rate where you are at, evaluate where would you like to be as well as provide feedback. There are 8 different areas with description breakdown.

Vision Alignment

Staying in Sync

Commitment to Samp Page Meeting

Open/Honest Communication

Mutual Respect

Role Clarity

Agreement on 90-Day Priorities

Engagement with the Leadership Team

This is a great exercise to go through individually then at the next Same Page meeting see where the ratings are different and get to be back on the same page working for each other's needs. There are real steps that the integrators and visionaries can take to make sure the company has the power of growth and driving in the same direction. Bounce ideas off your integrator to figure out what will work and what would be a challenge in comparison to the vision. Use the partnership to your advantage to go further together, for two are stronger than one. Let us know how understanding the partnership helped benefit your team and company.
