Rocket Fuel is a book about integrating the roles of the Visionary and Integrator within your business. It shows having a strong combination is the key to having an effective and successful business.
Visionary - These are the dreamers and creators; they paint the big picture. They are the ones with a clear vision of where they want to go. They are passionate about what they do and are also forming new and bigger ideas. Walt Disney is the perfect example of a visionary.
Integrator - They are the ones that make sure the visionary’s ideas are running smoothly. They create the systems and functions for focused accountability and alignment within the business. These are the people that keep the train running in the right direction and on time. Integrators are the right hand of the visionary.
We have established our mission, vision, and values for our team. Reading this book will help us understand how to have synergy within to help us attack these to the best of our ability. As our team grows we want to make sure we are running smoothly together to launch ourselves to the goals we set forth in 2017. We are learning how to grab hold of the vision and integrate it into our daily tasks to successfully keep us on track. Understanding each other and our God-given talents are the first steps. Now we are learning with this book how to use this to our advantage as a team. The relationship within our team will only get stronger and naturally will make us more effective as we head into the new year.
