DESIGNATIONS

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation – James Lombardi

Education, experience and high production is what being a CRS is all about. It is one of the only designations that has a minimum sales production requirement in order to be eligible. It requires you have completed 150 transactions or had $25 Million in sales for 5 years. In addition you must complete 2-8 classes depending on your sales production. Only 3% of Realtors have obtained their CRS.

Home buyers and sellers can be assured the CRS Designees subscribe to the strict REALTOR® code of ethics, have been trained to use the latest tactics and technologies, and are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.

Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) – Amy Lombardi

The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation demonstrates to peers and consumers your commitment to providing outstanding service for real estate buyers.

Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) - Amy Lombardi

Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) - James Lombardi

Navigating the subtle nuances of a negotiation takes a lot of skill and practice. An experienced agent that has sold several hundred homes will have a lot of practice, but if they haven’t studied how to be an effective negotiator they are selling their clients short.

To obtain the MCNE, like Amy, the agent must attend additional trainings on top of the CNE courses. They invest not only time, but a considerable effort to bring their negotiation skills to the highest professional level in real estate.

Negotiation skills determine the ultimate outcome for both sides in a negotiation. The clients set the goals they want to achieve and it is the agent’s responsibility to persuade or influence the other side to accept the terms. Clearly, the best trained negotiator has the advantage.

As a client you will clearly see the difference in a trained negotiator vs. the average real estate agent.

  • Better results and control through higher skill level
  • More confident and professional approach in all negotiation situations
  • Strategic planning of your negotiations
  • Stronger ability to resolve conflicts with all types of negotiators
  • Better knowledge of how to get important information
  • Better relationships through trust and collaboration
  • Fewer or NO deadlocks or lost deals
  • Faster sales cycle that means fewer days on the market
  • Higher net profit, meaning more money in your pocket
  • Less stress and inconvenience
  • Better knowledge of how to plan for success
  • Better results and greater satisfaction

The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) - James & Amy Lombardi

The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation.

It is the equivalent of receiving your masters degree in real estate. It requires you take 12 classes over a period of 5 years. Each class is 1-2 days in length and teaches you the fundamentals needed for building a strong business based on servicing your clients needs.

Buying property is a complex and stressful task. In fact, it's often the biggest single investment you will make in your lifetime. At the same time, real estate transactions have become increasingly complicated. New technology, laws, procedures and the increasing sophistication of buyers and sellers requires real estate practitioners to perform at an ever-increasing level of professionalism.

When you see the GRI acronym next to a Realtors name you are dealing with a true professional that has knowledge and skill to provide their clients with a high level of service.
